3 Cups Of Coffee Daily May Be Good For You

Kathleen explored the beneficial effects of moderate amounts of caffeine to lower the risk of cardiometabolic diseases. What are moderate amounts? The caffeine content of three cups of coffee daily is considered moderate for most people. That is good news for coffee lovers, however, it is important to remember that for some with a lower tolerance for caffeine, a reduced consumption may be wiser.

Kathleen also listed some of the side effects of too much caffeine, including heart palpitations and elevated blood pressure.

Peter spoke of his experience when a urologist cautioned that a high caffeine intake may reduce fluid flow through the kidneys.

This Week’s Recommended Herbal Health Product

Kathleen recommends Dr. Morse’s Lymph Drainage formulas which support healthy lymphatic tissues and nodes throughout the body. The lymphatic system is an integral part of the immune system, making this formula an immune supplement as well.

Chickweed, plantain leaf, mullein, poke, and red clover all support the healthy flow of lymphatic fluid.

Dr Morse recommends including a Lymph Drainage Formula in all detox protocols to ensure that the lymphatic system, what he refers to as the body’s sewage system, remains fluid to promote the proper removal of waste from the body.
