The friendliness and warmth put me at ease immediately, and I felt they had a genuine interest in what I was sharing.  I found the application process very simple, and the scheduling was easy, as it was my choice when to book the podcast.  I would certainly recommend the Yakking Show for these reasons, but the real gift is the wide variety of topics they introduce to the listener – and the full package of easy email delivery with promos and links.
