Kathleen Beauvais and Peter Wright have been working together on eMagazines and other projects for several years. They each have other business interests in marketing, publishing, writing and speaking.

Peter has had an interesting life spent mainly in Africa before moving to Canada in 2004.
He has worked for large and small corporations, started and owned several businesses and was a farmer.
Peter is a published author, writer, speaker and marketer.
Peter and Kathleen launched The Yakking Show in 2020 as the coronavirus lockdowns and restrictions began impacting many of the small businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals.It was a way for them to help their business contacts get exposure after the usual "live" networking events were cancelled.

Kathleen Beauvais

After a career in the insurance industry, Kathleen left the corporate world to start the first of her own businesses as a biofeedback consultant.
She then launched a successful digital magazine to promote small businesses and professionals in her hometown of Waterloo, Ontario and the surrounding region. A joint venture with a partner in Serbia to recruit IT talent and provide offshore IT services followed.
Kathleen’s most recent venture has been as cohost of The Yakking Show podcast and video channel which has an international audience and guest list. The show focuses on providing tips and ideas for entrepreneurs and business owners to navigate the challenging times we are experiencing in this period of massive disruption.
While making guests feel comfortable during the interviews for the show, Kathleen gets them to share their expertise which provides the audience with a rewarding experience.

Why We Started The Yakking Show
In March 2020 at the start of the global disruption caused by the coronavirus, we wanted to do something to fill the gap caused by the sudden end of live networking events and to lighten the dark mood that had settled on the world.
The Yakking Show was born out of a desire to give entrepreneurs, self employed professionals, authors, and other creative people a platform to talk about themselves, their services and their products.
We wanted to create conversations that would enlighten, educate and entertain our audience.
With almost 3 years and over 200 episodes of experience, we decided to up our game by starting a Premium Yakking Show with premium content for paying members.
The first step towards providing this service is the revamp of our website, we hope you like it.
